Data stored in the EU
Forms, responses and files are kept in Cloudflare’s European Union jurisdiction.

Frequently asked questions
Is it really free?
Yes. The free plan costs €0, with no card, and includes 1,000 responses a month across all your forms. The free plan never charges anything: if you need more, you change plan.
What happens if I reach the month's response limit?
We email you at 80% and at 100%. At the limit, your forms stop accepting responses until the next month (UTC) and anyone who opens them sees a clear notice. The responses you already have are not touched. On Pro and Business you can turn extras on so they stay open: €5 per 1,000 extra responses, up to a maximum you set.
How do the paid plans work?
Pro costs €18/month and Business €58/month (€14 and €48 a month billed yearly), plus VAT. You pay by card through Stripe, with no commitment: cancel whenever you want and keep the plan until the end of the paid period.
Why are you cheaper?
Because we keep the product simple and it runs on very efficient infrastructure: serving each response costs us very little. We would rather charge a little to many people than a lot to a few.
Do respondents need an account?
No: opening the link is enough, and they get no cookies. Only you need an account to create forms, and you sign in with Google or a link in your email.
What do you store about respondents?
Their answers and, if you set them up, the hidden fields in the link. We do not store their IP or browser, and we use no trackers, third-party analytics or ads. The details are on the privacy page.
Does this make my forms GDPR compliant?
It helps, but it cannot guarantee it on its own. You are the controller: you decide what you ask, why and for how long. Peachform gives you the structure (layered information, retention periods, export and deletion) and acts as your processor under the data processing agreement. Have your texts reviewed if in doubt.
Where is the data stored?
The database and the uploaded files are in Cloudflare’s European Union jurisdiction. If you turn on email notifications, each response is sent to your inbox through Resend, which is based in the US. All the providers are listed in the data processing agreement.
Can I put it on my website?
Yes. Share it with a link or a QR code, or embed it in your page: turn the option on in the form settings and copy the code.
Can I take or delete my data?
Whenever you want. Download the responses as CSV and your account data as JSON. You can also delete responses, forms or the whole account; deletion is permanent.
