The service

Peachform, provided by the owner of Peachform (see the legal notice), lets you create forms, share them with a link and manage the responses and files you receive. By creating an account you accept these terms.

Plans and limits

Free: €0, with 1,000 responses a month across all your forms.
Pro and Business: €18 and €58 a month, or €14 and €48 a month billed yearly, plus applicable taxes. The details of each plan are on the pricing page.
When the month's response limit is reached, forms stop accepting responses until the next month, unless you have turned extras on.
Extras (Pro and Business, only if you turn them on): your forms keep accepting responses and files beyond the plan, at €5 per 1,000 responses and €2 per 10 GB of storage (on the month's highest use), plus applicable taxes. Every started block is charged in full. You set a maximum spend a month and we never charge more; once it is reached, forms close as they would without extras. What a month uses is charged on the 1st of the next month to your subscription's card, even if you later turn extras off or change plan.
We may change prices or limits with at least 30 days' notice; price changes apply from the next renewal.

Payment, renewal and cancellation

Paid plans are charged in advance by card through Stripe and renew automatically every month or every year.
You can cancel whenever you want from Settings. You keep the plan until the end of the paid period and then move to the free plan; your forms and responses are kept.
You can change plan at any time; Stripe calculates the prorated amount.
If a payment fails, Stripe retries it for a few days. If it still fails, the account moves to the free plan.
If you are a consumer, you have 14 days from purchase to withdraw. As the service starts as soon as you pay, if you withdraw we will refund the amount minus the part for the days already used. Write to us at hello@peachform.app.
If you delete your account, we cancel the subscription first so you are not charged again.

Teams

On the plans that include it, you can invite other people to work on your forms. The people in your team see and edit your forms and their responses. You remain the account holder and are responsible for who has access.

Acceptable use

Do not use Peachform to ask for passwords, card numbers or other payment details.
Do not impersonate other people or organisations or create misleading forms (phishing).
Do not send spam or try to overload the service.
Do not upload or ask for files with malware or unlawful content.
Follow the rules that apply to the personal data you collect with your forms: inform respondents and ask only for what is necessary.

We may disable forms or accounts that break these rules. When possible, we will tell you beforehand and explain why.

Your data

The forms, responses and files are yours. You can export and delete them whenever you want. How we process them is explained in the privacy policy and the data processing agreement.

Availability and liability

We work to keep the service always available, but there may be interruptions or errors. We recommend exporting important responses regularly. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to what you have paid in the last 12 months.

Changes to these terms

If we change anything important, we will tell you by email in advance. If you do not agree, you can cancel and delete your account.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, you can go to the courts where you live.
