Forms with the data stored in the EU
If you collect client data, where it is stored matters: a careful client will ask, and you have to be able to explain it in your privacy policy. Peachform stores the database and files in the European Union.
What is stored in the EU
Forms, responses and uploaded files are in Cloudflare’s European Union jurisdiction. The full list of providers, with their location, is in the data processing agreement. If you turn on email notifications, each response reaches your inbox through Resend, which is based in the US; if you do not, it never leaves the database.
How it differs from a general-purpose tool
- You do not need a business account or an advanced plan to keep the data in the EU: it is the same on every plan, the free one included.
- Respondents get no cookies or trackers, and we do not store their IP address or browser.
- Each form deletes its responses when its retention period is reached.
- The basic data protection information sits next to the acceptance box.
- Prices in euros and invoices with VAT.
When it suits you
When your form asks for details of clients, students or candidates, not just anonymous opinions. Accountants, academies, law firms, estate agents and agencies are the cases it is designed for.
Templates to start with
- Client onboarding for accountantsFor accounting and tax firms: tax details, the services needed and the first documents.
- Contact formReceive customer enquiries with name, email, reason and message.
- Job applicationFor small businesses that are hiring: the applicant's details, role, CV and availability.
Frequently asked questions
- Can I bring my forms over from Google Forms?
- There is no automatic import. Start from a template or create the questions in the editor: a typical form takes a few minutes to rebuild.
- Is it free?
- The free plan includes 1,000 responses a month, with no card. Paid plans remove the Peachform badge and raise the limits.
- Where are your servers?
- The code runs on Cloudflare’s network, close to respondents, but the database and files are stored in the EU.
