Online enrolment for academies
September and January are the months of paper enrolment forms, emails with scattered details and spreadsheets nobody updates. An enrolment form collects everything in the same format, tells you when a new one arrives and closes itself when there are no places left.
What the template collects
- The student’s name and date of birth.
- For a minor, their parent’s or guardian’s details.
- Contact email and phone.
- The course or level and the preferred schedule.
- How they heard of you, to know which channel works.
- The basic data protection information for managing enrolments.
Features that help with enrolment
- A maximum number of responses and a closing date, so you never accept more students than places.
- A QR code for the noticeboard or the academy door.
- Embedding the form in your website.
- Exporting to CSV or sending each enrolment to Google Sheets.
- If you will publish photos of your classes, the photo consent as a separate form.
